Supporting you as you support others
As acupuncturists and therapists, we spend so much time caring for others. Supervision gives you space to pause, reflect, and feel supported in your professional journey.
I offer supervision for acupuncturists and complementary practitioners who want to grow in confidence, refine their practice, and work with greater ease.
With over 15 years of clinical experience and formal supervision and mentoring training with Isobel Cosgrove and Sally Blades, I bring both professional insight and a grounded, understanding approach. I’m also listed on the British Acupuncture Council Register of Mentors and Supervisors.
What is Supervision?
The practical side
Professional supervision provides a confidential, non-judgemental space to discuss your clinical work and professional life. You can explore patient cases, boundaries, ethical challenges, or areas where you feel uncertain.
Sessions are collaborative and non-judgemental, designed to help you gain clarity, find new perspectives, and grow your confidence as a practitioner.
Why it matters
Regular acupuncture supervision helps practitioners feel less isolated and more resilient. It improves patient care, reduces stress, and supports your professional wellbeing.
Having a regular space for reflection helps you work more sustainably and with greater ease. Supervision can reduce feelings of isolation, prevent burnout, and improve patient care by helping you stay grounded and connected to your professional values.
Many acupuncturists find that supervision keeps them connected to their purpose and helps them sustain a long-term, fulfilling career.

What other Practitioners Say
“Stacey has been one of the biggest reasons for my growth. It really saddens me how few acupuncturists make it a full-time profession, and I truly believe that coaches like Stacey can be the answer to this. From small tweaks to major changes, Stacey has guided me and supported me throughout every step to ensure I was making the right choices. This can be either giving me the confidence to make the choice I have been mulling for ages or to help identify blind spots which I hadn’t realised. I would recommend any practitioner to work with Stacey, as she’s really helped me to double my business.
