If you are planning a course of acupuncture, a block booking offers a gentle structure to support your treatment. By booking your sessions in advance, you receive a saving and can maintain consistency, which is often where the real benefits of acupuncture are felt.

How Treatment Packages Work

Five 1 hour sessions are paid for in advance at £340 using the form below

All five appointments are scheduled at the time of purchase, through the online booking system or directly with Stacey

Sessions must take place within 12 weeks of your payment

The plan is non-transferable and linked to the named patient

Scheduling your sessions in advance helps maintain momentum and ensures space is protected in the diary.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rearranged with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will be counted as used sessions.

Sessions must take place within 12 weeks of your initial payment

If Circumstances Change

If a Treatment Plan is discontinued part way through, sessions already used will be recalculated at the full current single-session rate (see current prices here). The remaining balance will be refunded minus a £5 administration fee.

Any unused sessions remaining after 12 weeks will be forfeited.

By purchasing a 5-Session Treatment Package, I agree to the following:

The Treatment Package consists of five 1 hour acupuncture sessions for £340, paid in advance.
I understand that I am responsible for booking in the appointments through the booking link, and keeping track of booking appointments within the listed time period.
All five appointments will be scheduled at the time of purchase and must be used within 12 weeks of the payment date.
Appointments are subject to availability. While preferred days and times will always be considered, specific appointment times cannot be guaranteed.
This Treatment Package applies to standard clinic appointment times and does not include out-of-hours appointments.
I understand that appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will be counted as used sessions.
The Treatment Package is non-transferable and can only be used by the named patient.
If I choose to discontinue the Treatment Package, any sessions already used will be recalculated at the full current single-session rate (£72). Any remaining balance will be refunded minus a £5 administration fee.
Any unused sessions remaining after 12 weeks will be forfeited.
